Senior Staff Engineer GaN Technology Development

In your new role you will:

• Develop new power GaN technology platforms and new integration concepts while optimizing existing modules
• Define the technology targets and features together with TCAD and application experts
• Collaborate with unit process engineers on new process development and process requirements definition
• Plan, by using design of experiment techniques, coordinate and evaluate experiments
• Set up new process of records including process control
• Perform thorough data analysis and documentation
• Drive work-packages within technology projects including planning and reporting

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Material Sciences, ideally with focus on semiconductor device technology (PhD as a plus)
• More than 6 years of working experience in technology development or process integration, ideally for power applications
• Knowledge and experience of semiconductor manufacturing, especially front end-of-line process modules, device physics, failure analysis and reliability
• Proficiency with statistical analysis and design of experiments
• Experience in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams as a plus
• Fluent English skills, German skills or the willingness to learn
