We are looking for a Business Manager (M/F) for one of our clients in the industrial sector, based in Lorient.

What will be your missions and responsibilities?

• Define the overall project organization based on the analysis of signed contract specifications, following the Quality process until machine delivery.
• Take responsibility for contracts in terms of deadlines, budget, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Maintain a trusted relationship with clients while representing the company’s interests as defined by management.
• Intervene in case of major technical issues or unforeseen events.
• Lead a project team.
• Manage and anticipate risks.
• Support commercial activities for a product or client segment.
• Sell additional value through contract amendments during the project.

What profile and skills are required for this Business Manager (M/F) position?

• Education: Engineer in mechanical/mechatronics/general engineering or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering with 5 years of experience.
• Strong project management skills (planning, cost, quality, safety) and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and quality systems (ISO).
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, initiative, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication/coordination skills.
