What would your mission be?

To support the CSCO in optimizing and standardizing operations, ensuring that material flows and internal processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with Embention's high-quality standards.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Process Optimization: Analyzing current workflows alongside the Manager to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements using Lean methodologies or similar.
• Digitalization & ERP: Collaborating on improving data architecture within Odoo to ensure seamless and automated information flow between departments.
• KPIs & Reporting: Designing dashboards to measure process efficiency (Lead times, stock turnover, operational costs) and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

What do we need?

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Organizational, or similar).
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to structure complex processes and document them clearly.
• Communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic environments.

What do we value?

• Previous experience with Odoo ERP.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistical flows.
• Previous experience in a similar role supporting management or in process engineering.
