Structural Analysis Engineer

In this role you will:
- Support the production of multiple Boeing aircraft models, such as the 737 and 787
- Own structural integrity lifecycle for large Interiors products, including Seats and Galleys, to meet customer, regulatory, and Boeing requirements
- Collaborate closely with global seat manufacturers to tackle complex design, test, and certification challenges and drive cross-functional problem‑solving to accelerate safe, compliant seat integration into the airframe
- Integrate value stream activities with customers, regulators, and suppliers
- Establish technical direction and manage integrated schedules, prioritize tasks to drive project success, identify and mitigate risks, proactively collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues in design and interface as well as verification, and support recovery efforts throughout the program
- Develop and implement improved processes, tools, and shape adaptation of emerging technology concepts to enhance efficiency and innovation
What you bring to the table:
Basic qualifications(Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 2 (Associate):
- 3+ years of related work experience in Aerospace Engineering, including stress analysis, supplier integration, certification and/or equivalent experience
- Knowledge: You are able to demonstrate experience with aircraft interior commodities such as Seats, Gallies, and Lavatories, as well as capability to review stress documentation with a high level of attention to detail
- Collaboration: You are experienced in leading complex projects including influencing team members and stakeholders (suppliers, customers, solution providers) involved and are willing to help develop, mentor and coach less experienced staff
- Tools: You can demonstrate solid expertise with our most important tools: Catia V5/V6, ENOVIA, IVT, and FEM
- Personality: You are a principled, reliable professional who values integrity, safety and accountability, always striving for the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct. Level 3 (Experienced):
- 5+ years of related work experience in Aerospace Engineering, including stress analysis, supplier integration, certification and/or equivalent experience
- Experience: You have extensive experience in aerospace interiors dynamic and static structural certification requirements, such as 14 CFR 25.562 and 14 CFR 25.561
- Knowledge: You are able to demonstrate experience with aircraft interior commodities such as Seats, Gallies, and Lavatories, as well as capability to review stress documentation with a high level of attention to detail
- Collaboration: You are experienced in leading complex projects including influencing team members and stakeholders (suppliers, customers, solution providers) involved and are willing to help develop, mentor and coach less experienced staff

- 7+ years of related work experience in Aerospace Engineering, including stress analysis, supplier integration, certification and/or equivalent experience
- Experience: You have extensive experience in aerospace interiors dynamic and static structural certification requirements, such as 14 CFR 25.562 and 14 CFR 25.561
- Knowledge: You are able to demonstrate experience with aircraft interior commodities such as Seats, Gallies, and Lavatories, as well as capability to review stress documentation with a high level of attention to detail
