Boeing Poland is currently hiring an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support dynamically growing engineering teams at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Rzeszow, Poland.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and daily support. The engineer will work with Manufacturing Engineers and Planners on Production Engineering for assemblies in commercial airplane programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations;
• Create manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals;
• Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, and technology to meet production needs;
• Review and approve supplier data for compliance;
• Define tooling requirements and resolve manufacturing issues;
• Assess producibility and provide input to meet cost and schedule targets;
• Develop work statements and delivery sequencing;
• Manage engineering changes and update production processes;
• Support Lean principles and mentor team members;
• Lead junior engineers and resolve technical issues.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement;
• 2+ years related experience;
• Skilled in engineering documentation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), PLM/PDM, and configuration management;
• Advanced design and tooling knowledge;
• Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience across the value stream;
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification and Boeing processes;
• Familiarity with aerospace lifecycle and Lean production.
