Purpose and Mission

As the Engineering & Projects Manager at Flintstone Technology Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in steering a diverse technical team toward delivering engineering excellence and outstanding project outcomes. Your leadership will foster innovation, driving research and development initiatives that propel our technology capabilities forward and secure a competitive advantage in complex engineering environments.

You Provide technical leadership to engineers, project managers, and project engineers;
You Ensure resource planning for both technical and project execution teams in collaboration with Operations;
You Champion continuous improvement and technical governance across all projects.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering and project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards;
Oversee technical input for bids and project execution;
Drive R&D projects to support innovation and future growth;
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, technical risk management, and quality assurance;
Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve technical challenges and maintain strong relationships;
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and technical documentation.

Previous Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore or complex engineering systems (mooring background ideal);
Proven track record in technical leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams.
