Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of methodologies aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing overall operational quality within an organization.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement., develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations;
  • Performance Monitoring: track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives;
  • Support Process Improvement Projects: assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements across various departments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Previous Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
