P&ID Comos Engineer

ANDRITZ is seeking a dynamic Process P&ID Engineer to support our entry into the Power-to-X market. In this role you will be responsible for implementing process concepts for our green hydrogen and renewable fuel solutions.
We are looking for a professional with wealthy experience in P&ID engineering. Your deep understanding of designing plant solutions will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.
In your role, you will
- Prepare and manage piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) over the full project lifecycle;
- Support the modularization and standardization of the engineering process and the design solutions;
- Prepare and manage equipment and component lists;
- Reviewing and integrate PID’s of package units;
- Take the responsibility to coordinate with all stakeholders;
- Supporting the selection process of the process equipment;
- Align and jointly review the layout and piping engineering results;
- Support the function description preparation.
In your personal skill set, you have
- Degree level qualification in a process or mechanical engineering discipline;
- Minimum two years of experience as P&ID engineer, experience within the petrochemical industry is a plus;
- Knowledge about P&ID CAE program COMOS is a must;
- Knowledge about ISO/EN standard, additional knowledge about US standards is a plus;
- Strong communication, analytical and planning skills;
- Solution/team/customer oriented with the confidence to act pro-actively;
- Fluent in English. Another European language is an advantage.
