R&D Mems Process Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, characterization, and optimization of wet etch and surface cleanings processes for MEMS devices.
  • Support process integration activities, and development steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process engineering, and metrology to ensure process robustness and yield improvement.
  • Perform data analysis and documentation of experimental results, maintaining accurate process records.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations or defects.
  • Stay updated on emerging semiconductor process techniques and MEMS fabrication trends to support continuous process innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, materials engineering or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced R&D environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and apply statistical process control (SPC).
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor/MEMS fabrication processes is a plus.
