The I&S Project Manager for this project will be responsible for overall project delivery for a CO2 injection project, with focus on well construction and CO2 injection into the subsurface. The I&S Project Manager leads the overall projects performance. Is responsible for P&L and Service Delivery, to drive horizontal alignment across projects, functions, product lines and product companies. Managing the appropriate resource mix to enable service delivery excellence in the area. Monitoring KPI's for deviations and conducting project and rig performance assessments. Working in close collaboration with the various Onshore Service Managers and Service Delivery Technical managers within the region to drive; on-time delivery, consistency, and execution excellence, while maximizing the revenue, cost, and cash collection. Also works closely with the PL Service Delivery teams in the country to ensure clear communication and seamless resource planning across the projects.

As our I&S Project Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Leading all elements of the project including Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties and client interfaces.
  • Managing the core Project Management Team, and indirectly all other project assigned personnel.
  • Managing “on time’ delivery, performance Improvement, and incremental revenue through upsell strategies, additional pull through of additional products or services.
  • Leading the support for the sales team’s development of any future related opportunity pipelines.
  • Driving implementation of Remote Operations in the projects as applicable.
  • Participating in internal and external HSE & Quality audits and ensures the identified gaps and improvement opportunities are effectively addressed.
  • Leading continual project and peer reviews, with client, company leadership, internal project staff, contracted parties and potential industry or official bodies.
  • Directing contingency planning from the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) from deployment/testing/& drills, to risk mitigation regarding Well Control and Well Management.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering and/or oilfield related or management discipline.
  • Have relevant industry experience in wellbore construction, completions, CO2 storage, wellbore intervention, with significant experience in Project Planning and handling of a P&L.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing 3rd parties as they relate to well construction.
  • Have knowledge of multiple products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs, often in complex contractual arrangements.
  • Manage, develop, coach and mentor high level teams across organizational boundaries.
  • Have a continuous improvement mind-set, knowing how to influence stakeholders towards achievements of objectives.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively and positively engage with stakeholders, customer and cross-functional teams.
  • Have contract knowledge with ability to review and execute in accordance with the contract and manage operational and financial change.
  • Leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills will be considered necessary for this position.
  • Have excellent English oral and written communications skills, including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct minutes of meetings.
  • Oral Russian language skills, in addition to English, is preferred.
