Main Duties

• New product introduction in accordance with project, quality and business requirements, besides keep customer satisfaction
• Coordinate the project related daily work of cross functional team
• Continuous project plan update, project cost and time control
• Secure the suitable information flow among the project core team members
• Weekly status report to the management
• Secure the suitable level project related KPI

Studies, skills, experiences

• Mechanical engineer or Electrical engineer degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management
• Minimum 2 years experience in electrical industry
• SMT process knowledge
• Experience in automotive industry
• Strong time planning and prioritization skills
• Project planning software knowledge (Smartsheet, MS project)
• Prominent team player and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written English knowledge
• Committed and open minded
