Key Responsabilities:
As part of maintenance contracts for nuclear power plants, you will be responsible for supervising and executing large-scale projects or a portfolio of related projects:
- Responsible for all phases in the project management process.
- Define resource requirements for project execution.
- Understand contract requirements to enable successful project implementation.
- Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls for various projects assuring management is provided with up-to-date and accurate reports of each project status.
- Identify, Mitigate and Manage risks and opportunities.
- Communicate project progress to various stakeholders (internal and external).
- Participate in preparing bids for new projects (technical proposals, budget estimates, scheduling, etc.).
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of Westinghouse KPIs.
- Organize project Lessons Learned (REX) meetings.
Skills:
- A Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of construction codes (RCCM/ASME) is a plus.
- Technical English required.
- Safety and quality culture required.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, make decisions, and multitask.
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences (project managers, workshop supervisors, technicians, clients…).
- Ability to understand detailed plans or mechanical assembly drawings.
- Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to resolving technical issues.
