The Impact You'll Make
We are currently looking for a Global PMO Director who will be responsible for defining and executing the global project portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Business Development, Engineering and Supply Chain.
This role oversees project execution across France, Mexico, and China, ensuring delivery of scope on time, in full, and with high quality. The position fosters a culture of operational excellence, cross-regional collaboration, and continuous improvement in project management practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
Portfolio Strategy & Alignment
- Define and maintain the global product and project portfolio in collaboration with Marketing and Business Development;
- Align project priorities with strategic business goals and market needs;
- Ensure portfolio governance and prioritization frameworks are consistently applied across regions.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Oversee the execution of global projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget;
- Monitor project performance, risks, and resource allocation across France, Mexico, and China;
- Implement and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems for project tracking and decision-making.
PMO Governance & Standardization
- Establish and evolve global PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Drive standardization of project management processes and documentation across all sites;
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory standards.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor regional PMO and project management teams;
- Promote cross-regional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and talent mobility;
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, transparency, and results.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary interface between project teams and executive leadership;
- Facilitate alignment between Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations;
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with 5+ years in global leadership roles;
- Proven track record in managing multi-site project teams and portfolios.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and organizational skills;
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership abilities;
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid);
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Mandarin is a plus.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions;
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments;
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
