About the role

In this position, you will work closely with the Project Manager to define and plan the work packages across various project stages. You will be instrumental in setting up the ASIC test solution with the test house and managing prototype-to-production volume ramp plans, including characterization and qualification. Post-ramp, you will organize volume production and propose cost improvement plans in collaboration with customers and test houses. Regular training courses will keep you updated on the latest packaging and testing methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and plan work packages in close collaboration with the Project Manager;
• Set up ASIC test solutions together with the test house;
• Define, discuss, and manage volume ramp-up plans with customers;
• Organize volume production and propose cost optimization initiatives;
• Perform yield analysis during volume production;
• Participate in training courses on advanced packaging and test methodologies.

What we're looking for

• A Master’s degree in Electronics;
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in ASIC testing;
• Extensive experience with Advantest 93K family testers;
• Knowledge in automotive or medical qualification flows is an asset;
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel regularly (1 week/month).
