The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and drive the execution of innovative R&D projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering research and development initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, supply chain, operations, and external partners.

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure resource allocation and schedule adherence.

Cross-functional Leadership:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration between R&D, product development, quality, supply chain, operations, and other stakeholders.

Progress Monitoring:

• Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed to ensure project success.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

The talent we want to inspire has...

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field;
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in R&D or technology-driven environments;
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion;
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Stage-Gate);
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus;
• Proficiency in English at C1 level, other languages are in an asset
