YOUR CHALLENGES?
- Perform NVH simulations and numerical analysis (FEA/FEM) for e-Drive systems: Reducers, e-Motors, Inverters, and integrated Electric Drive Units.
- Conduct structural and acoustic simulations:
- Modal analysis, Frequency Response Functions (FRF), and harmonic response.
- Whine noise analysis (gear mesh excitation) and electromagnetic noise analysis (e-motor forces).
- Radiated noise and vibration analysis on component, subsystem, and vehicle levels.
- Drive Virtual Prototyping: Predict NVH performance early in the design phase to minimize physical prototypes.
- Correlation & Validation: Compare simulation results with physical test data to calibrate and improve simulation models reliability.
- Optimization: Propose design improvements (stiffening, mass reduction, damping) to meet NVH targets and customer specifications.
- Reporting: Analyze results and write technical reports with clear recommendations for the design team.
- Methodology Development: Create and update simulation procedures, guidelines, and specifications. Develop new methodologies for complex NVH phenomena.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Test (Experimental NVH), and System teams to identify root causes of NVH issues and implement solutions.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in CAE/Simulation field (NVH focus).
- Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory and Vibration theory.
- Proficiency in simulation software: ANSYS is required.
- Experience with Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD) within ANSYS environment (Ansys Motion) is a plus.
- Good command of English (B2/C1) to communicate effectively within international teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (France, Germany) for technical workshops.
