The role:

• You will be the main interface with the Customer and Customer Project Team;
• You will initiate, plan, execute, finalize and monitor & control the project in accordance with the customer’s contractual terms and specification, within the agreed timescales and budget, this includes coordinating the project team as well as any third-party contractors or consultants;
• The Project Manager is also responsible for defining clear project objectives, building the project requirements and managing the constraints in terms of costs, time, scope and quality;
• You will direct and manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects from initiation through completion;
• Define and control baseline scope, programme and allowances in line with the change management procedures;
• You will manage the progress the Project activities in close coordination with the engineering and installation disciplines;
• Establish a budget; monitor the costs against the budget, manage claim and variations to achieve CM targets;
• Yoi will ensure the correct allocation of the resources necessary for carrying on and completing the project.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the oil & gas, energy sector of a multinational company and in EPCI Projects;
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or similar related Degrees with a PMP certification;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong negotiation skills, team working abilities and excellent leadership and influencing skills;
• Attitude to deeply understand the scope and technical aspects of the project together with the traditional PM skills;
• Flexible mindset and able to work in a very dynamic context;
• Good communication skills;
• Very strong analytical skills.
