About the role:

This position is an important role in our growth journey and non the less for our patients who rely on our products. As a project manager you will have the opportunity to work throughout the full project cycle from concepting to high-volume manufacturing and market introduction.

Initial, creative development stages will be strongly supported and facilitated by our Discovery & Scouting team, and throughout the different stages of the product development journey you will collaborate with our talented R&D team, external partners and a variety of different functions within our company, always with our end-users in the centre.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the cross-functional product development work from concepting to launch;
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource needs;
• Follow up project activities to ensure progress against agreed plans;
• Identify and manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies;
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and Atos top management, ensuring transparency and alignment;
• Foster a collaborative team environment.

The role is a part of our R&D Team in Hörby, reporting to Head of Global Project Management.

To fill the requirements for the position you do need to fulfil most of this:

• MSc or BSc in Engineering of relevant orientation (e.g., Mechanical, Medical, Chemical);
• At least 5 years of experience working in a project management role;
• A successful track record within product development;
• Strong communication skills (English);
• A passion for user-centric innovation and a strong drive to deliver;
• Experience from Medical device or Pharma Industry is definitely a plus.
