YOUR CHALLENGES?
- Perform mechanical simulations (FEA): Conduct static, dynamic, and thermo-mechanical analyses for e-Drive components (e-Motor, Inverter, Reducer).
- Conduct durability & fatigue assessment: Evaluate structural integrity using Low Cycle Fatigue (LCF) and High Cycle Fatigue (HCF) methodologies to ensure product lifetime targets.
- Drive Design Optimization: Propose design improvements (topology optimization, weight reduction, material selection) to meet strength requirements.
- Correlation & Validation: Collaborate with the testing department to correlate simulation models with physical test results and refine calculation methods.
- Support Project Teams: Provide clear technical reports and actionable feedback to design and project teams during the development phase.
- Methodology Development: Improve simulation workflows, develop new calculation procedures, and ensure best practices in structural analysis.
