Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Requirement specification production/management;
• Interface Management;
• System Architecture definition;
• System Functional and Interface modelling;
• Working with mechanical, electrical and process systems;
• Operating requirements management database software (DOORS preferential);
• Operating Model Based Systems engineering Software (Capella preferential).

Background:

• Engineer or Senior Engineer level resource (3 years experience minimum, 5+ more likely to be a good fit);
• Experience in complex regulated industry essential (i.e. Nuclear, Aerospace, etc.);
• Experience in Nuclear industry desirable;
• Foundation background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is acceptable.

My profile

Systems Engineering:

• Degree in engineering or STEM subject is mandatory or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience;
• Systems thinking and systems engineering processes is mandatory;
• Systems engineering training/qualifications desirable;
• Willing to accept a candidate with SE experience and a desire to move into this field if they can demonstrate competence;
• Experience operating Rationale DOORS software as a practitioner is desirable;
• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering is desirable;
• Awareness of relevant BS or INCOSE standards desirable.
