Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement software solutions of test benches for complex mechatronic systems
• Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning of test benches for mechatronic components and industrial-grade manipulators
• Evaluate test results and provide feedback as part of a multidisciplinary development team
• Implement data acquisition and data analysis on component and system level
• Develop and document test and calibration procedures following state-of-the-art regulatory frameworks
• Review, propose, and verify component and system requirements

Essential Skills

• Industry experience in testing, verification, and validation in mechatronics product development or test automation
• Degree or equivalent in mechatronics, electrical, or a related technical field
• Sound knowledge in the analysis of mechatronic systems
• Experience with C++/Python for data analysis and test bench automation
• Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical/automation system design, construction, or commissioning
• Willingness to collaborate & take on diverse responsibilities
• System-oriented thinking and structured working approach
• Good written and spoken English skills

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience with mechatronic systems, test bench automation, or data acquisition/analysis
• Experience with Unix (e.g. Bash) as well as field bus systems (e.g. EtherCAT) and embedded controllers
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards mechatronic systems and industrial automation
• Other language skills are advantageous, e.g. German and Chinese
