Senior Project Manager (Intralogistics and Robotics)

At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to help us scale and deploy many robots in our clients’ warehouses!

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

Manage the robot deployments project from the specification phase to the operations handover;
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects;
Track project performance, control the budget, and report to relevant stakeholders;
Meet with clients regularly to report on progress and discuss open items;
Perform risk management to minimise potential risks.

What skills we’d like you to have:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
5+ years of experience in intralogistics and/or robotics industry;
Ability to independently manage multiple projects at once, ensuring OTIF delivery;
Customer satisfaction mindset;
Excellent communication skills via various channels in English, German, a strong plus;
Can-do attitude, and ability to resolve blockers and potential risks;
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams;
Very good organisational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects;
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers’ warehouses in Europe;
Willingness to learn about robots and machine learning;
Technical background, Master’s degree or equivalent.
