We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Launch Project Quality Engineer.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Actively participate in AS100 Projects from TG0 to TG4
• PPAP - Prepares initial PPAP by collecting relevant documents and verifies
• Attends and actively participates in Design Reviews
• Ensures alignment between D and PFMEA, control plan, CC/SC list and drawings
• Is responsible for Manufacturing Release Process
• Leads PFMEA Go, See and Fix activity
• Responsible to cascade customer project specific Quality requirements to the plant
• Ensures that parts shipped by the plant are meeting specifications
• Moderates' problem-solving activities within project when 8D is required (according to AS063)
• Supports Yokoten and Lessons Learned as any other team member
• Supports customer visits related to the project
• In charge of handover of Quality tasks to Production Quality during phase 4

and if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• High level of English
• Project Launch, Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
• Excellent technical and human skills.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork spirit.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
