Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leadership and technical guidance (lead design teams, technical decision-making);
• Engineering and design (conceptual and detailed design, CAD modeling and drafting, simulation and analysis, working drawings);
• Project management (project planning and execution, technical documentation);
• Testing and optimization (ability to organize and lead prototyping, performance testing, iterative improvement);
• Vendor engagement, supplier interaction.

What We Look For

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the design field of aerospace engineering, robotics, or other precision mechanics areas;
• Strong knowledge of aerospace design engineering principles, structural mechanics, composite materials, and moving mechanisms;
• Understanding of aerodynamics principles;
• Creativity;
• Proactive approach and a "can-do" attitude.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of electronics and/or mechatronics.
