We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Production Quality Engineer.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Leads Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
  • To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern
  • To communicate and follow up (8D) with the other areas
  • To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions
• Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production (enhance error proofing)
• Coordinate a team for Production quality tasks execution
• Updates control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)
• Leads & Participates product/process/dock audits
• Supports implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned
• Supports Serial changes (AS007)
• Responsible for execution of Manufacturing Release, in the case of serial change (AS007)

and if you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• High level of English
• Quality tools,
• Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
• Excellent technical and human skills.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork spirit.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
