We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Industrial Engineer.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process engineering projects and cost reduction activities.
Design, develop, and monitor optimal layouts for production lines, equipment, and material flows.
Support new product launches and process changes by developing work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation and production data analysis.
Lead time studies and capacity analysis to support operational planning.
Promote a culture of health, safety and compliance within all manufacturing operations.

and if you have/are:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Fluent in written and spoken English
Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
Supervision Skills, ability to manage multitask teams
Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
Demonstrated Project management skills
Experience in Industrial automation (robots, PLC and industrial networks implementation and programming) will be considered.
Experience in management of Machine and Automation suppliers will be considered
Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and integration of new manufacturing technologies.
