As a Program Manager you will support development of Aptiv’s next generation products for circuit protection and high voltage charging applications. Joining team of experienced engineers located in Krakow you will have great opportunity to be part of Aptiv success.

Your Role

• Oversee execution of complex product development programs for Aptiv Electrical Centers, Connection Systems and High Voltage applications;
• Work with cross-functional and cross regional Aptiv and customer (OEM) teams;
• Achieve Flawless Execution of all Programs/Projects through functionally integrated teams (Focus on Cost, Quality, Delivery and Methodology;
• Set team priorities, manage and communicate Project Risks and resolve Project Issues;
• Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, with appropriate transparency of issues across vendors, business clients;
• Be accountable for solution delivery execution (scope, cost, quality, and schedule milestones) across assigned projects;
• Develop and maintain “Product Development Process” using Program Management Best Practices and Tools;
• Being people manager for Project Team. Improve and Champion Project Teams’ adherence.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering field (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical or similar), preferably additional business administration background;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or other high volume production, Engineering or Program Management;
• Minimum 2 years hand-on experience with People or Project management (Project Manager/Team Leader/Product Engineer or similar);
• Certification in a recognized project management process will be an asset;
• Good understanding of engineering and Product Development procedures;
• Experience as an active project team participant to a schedule driven projects;
• Experienced in reporting project status, risk and issues.
