Your Role

• Drive Agile practices and deliver high-quality system solutions;
• Collaborate globally to overcome technical challenges and innovate;
• Manage resource planning and team development aligned with business needs;
• Build and maintain visual performance metrics for transparency and quality.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field;
• Proven experience in people management and coaching;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Ability to thrive in a global organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive systems engineering;
• 3+ years of team management experience;
• Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards.
