Your role

As a Design Engineer Electrical, you play a key role in translating customer requirements into customized solutions for compressors, dryers and related equipment. You define the technical concept, assess risks, determine the best alternatives, and design or adapt electrical drawings and bills of materials within the agreed timelines, always ensuring safety and quality.

You support the production process by preparing procedures, solving technical issues, performing risk analyses and assisting technicians on the shop floor. You validate the work of colleagues through technical reviews and maintain strong cooperation with suppliers in alignment with the purchasing department.

In close collaboration with the project team, you interpret customer specifications, translate them into machine requirements and select the right components. You also contribute to the development of new compressor designs, support the standardization of engineering concepts and ensure effective information flow to the Global Engineering team.

You report to the Engineering Team Leader Engineered Solutions Oil-Free.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Automation Control or Electrical Design;
• Knowledge of EPLAN and ENOVIA;
• Fluent in English, written and spoken;
• Strong affinity with technology and continuous improvement;
• Flexible, proactive and driven mindset.
