Your mission as a Lead System Architect Naval Communication Systems (w/m/d):

• Lead the creation of system architecture and design naval communication systems according to customer requirements;
• Ensure the technical feasibility of architectures and serve as a technical consultant to project management and implementation teams;
• Collaborate with international teams to define components, interfaces, and dependencies within and between systems;
• Develop specifications for systems of systems, subsystems, and individual hardware and software components and their interfaces;
• Share knowledge and explain decision-making processes to colleagues;
• Support the integration team during system commissioning and startup.

• Educational Background and Professional Experience: Preferably holding a bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or possessing relevant professional experience in systems engineering or naval communication;
• Technical Aptitude: Strong interest and ability to familiarize oneself quickly with technical systems and products;
• Teamwork: A collaborative team player who works well within teams;
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
