Your future job

As Lean Production (CI) Engineer at Melexis, you will ensure the enhancement of product performance in terms of capacity, lead time, and daily discontinuities throughout the product life time.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead continuous improvement projects to increase manufacturing productivity (machine performance, production flow optimization, standard work);
• Analyze, define, and drive structured problem-solving for manufacturing issues;
• Ensure standardization and alignment of manufacturing processes and product flows;
• Support the deployment of corrective and preventive actions across all manufacturing sites;
• Collaborate with Development and Process teams to implement robust, error-proof testing solutions for manufacturing and final product release;
• Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPI’s such as OEE, yield, scrap, and lead time;
• Transfer and/or release of product testing on local manufacturing sites.

Your profile

• Engineering degree (Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar);
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement roles;
• Hands-on experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC);
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to lead improvement initiatives and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority;
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle is an advantage);
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and results-oriented approach;
• Fluent in English.
