The Sales Engineer drives business within commercial building services division. She/he will be the first contact point with selected customers, to cover Central Spain area.
What is the job about?
- Develop a designated customer base including preparation budgets and promotional activities;
- Identify and Develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services;
- Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship;
- Develop and Maintain a Strong Project pipeline;
- Gather market data and Provide input on competitor activities;
- Register all activities with customers in The global CRM tool;
- Register and nurture opportunities in The global CRM tool according to company guidelines;
- Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility;
- Drive, control and coordinate Project sales;
- Achieve agreed sales volumes and contribution targets;
- Provide technical support and solutions to Project owner, consultant, contractors and dealers;
- Support technical presentations for new Product launch and training;
- Support tender and contract terms negotiation;
- Work on Project tender either through dealers or directly in offer and technical submission.
What do you need to apply?
- University Degree or Master Level, preferably within Engineering and/or Sales, or extensive sales background in the pump business;
- Some year years of experience in sales within the market, in the region;
- Computer literate (Microsoft applications, SAP etc.);
- Business acumen;
- Customer Focus;
- Drive for results;
- Negotiation experience.
