Your mission

Job description

• Plant Safety & Compliance: You maintain a safe and compliant plant operation, fostering a safety culture without compromises;
• Data Analysis & Improvement Projects: You analyze Orca & Mammoth plant data to gain knowledge at the forefront and to design, execute, and validate improvement projects;
• Root Cause Investigations: You conduct investigations to identify root causes of Orca & Mammoth plant process and performance issues and implement solutions;
• Performance Reporting: You report daily on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Orca & Mammoth plant systems, including OEE, energy efficiency, and operating cost;
• Process & Tools Maintenance: You maintain required processes, tools, and models that support successful Orca & Mammoth plant operations;
• Operational Support: You support the plant operations team on a day-to-day basis with process knowledge to improve plant performance and safety.

Your story

Requirements

• Education & Experience: You have a B.Sc. degree or equivalent in process or chemical engineering and at least 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical knowledge in plant operation and maintenance within the process engineering industry;
• Technical Expertise: You have a solid understanding of process engineering design, operation, and maintenance, including experience in scale-up and first-of-its-kind environments, with a willingness to deepen your expertise. You have developed and maintained process simulations and designed and deployed engineering improvements to processes and running plants;
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: You are a proactive problem solver applying first principles and root cause analysis techniques. You are data-driven, able to process large datasets to extract meaningful insights, and experienced in developing and reporting KPIs;
• Collaboration & Communication: You share knowledge openly, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across departments to build strong internal networks;
• Language Skills & Travel: You are business fluent in English and willing to travel up to 40%.
