As Project Manager (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in redesigning our supply chain, moving us from a traditional setup to a smarter, more efficient global model that serves customers worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will:
- Shape and lead strategic manufacturing projects, from defining the scope and objectives to ensuring they align with our global business goals;
- Orchestrate all project phases, from planning resources and coordinating critical activities to proactively resolving issues to keep everything on track;
- Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring we meet our deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards;
- Act as a central point of communication, providing clear and consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels and ensuring everyone is aligned;
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of successfully managing production localization or manufacturing transfer projects from start to finish;
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
- Strong project management skills, ideally supported by a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2);
- Business fluency in English is essential. German language skills are a plus;
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
