As our new Manager for R&D Test Laboratories, you will be at the heart of our innovation engine. Our test laboratories are supporting our R&D teams with exploring new technologies and developing the new generation of sensors that define the future of Danfoss Sensing Solutions.

Leading our primary R&D test laboratory in Nordborg and guiding our global manufacturing-site test facilities are central to this role. Your work will ensure our laboratories deliver tests with the highest quality standards, consistently and across the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing our primary R&D laboratory in Nordborg, empowering your team to deliver cutting-edge testing capabilities and drive innovation;
• Ensuring global consistency by overseeing and aligning test standards and practices across our make-site laboratories in China, Europe, and Mexico;
• Driving the strategic advancement of our laboratories, assessing and improving their capacity, quality, and capability to meet future business needs;
• Strengthening collaboration across R&D by partnering with data, simulation, and reliability experts to optimize test methods and accelerate development;
• Leading the digital transformation of our laboratories, setting new benchmarks for efficiency, data integration, and best-in-class quality.

What We're Looking For

• An engineering degree or a similar technical background that allows you to thrive in a highly technical environment;
• Proven experience in people leadership, with a passion for managing and developing skilled, global teams;
• Hands-on experience working within laboratory or test facility environments, ideally within an R&D or manufacturing context;
• A strong proficiency in driving digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and innovation;
• Expertise in quality improvement activities, with a focus on ensuring compliance and achieving best-in-class standards.
