About the role:

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will join the radiation, waste management and decommissioning department, with more than 100 employees in areas such as segmentation of reactor vessels and its internal parts.

You will develop project-specific tools for cutting and handling of the radioactive components.

Main Responsibilities:

• Make 3D simulations in CAD of the cutting and of the packing in containers.
• Develop detailed designs for the manufacturing of the tools.
• Write instructions to our technicians who will use the tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Design, including mechanical designs in CAD.
• Solid design know-how, and experience with ProEngineer/CREO valuable.
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing, and Swedish valuable.
