What You´ll Do

  • Running engine test bench operations including setup, test execution, monitoring, and shutdown.
  • Analyzing engine performance behavior and collaborating with propulsion engineers to interpret results.
  • Maintaining and upgrading test bench equipment to ensure operational reliability and safety.
  • Supporting test campaigns by preparing engines, instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
  • Troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure test continuity and safety compliance.
  • Contributing to process improvements and helping define best practices for test operations and test rig maintenance.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, propulsion, or a closely related field.
  • Experience in engine test operations, propulsion testing, test benches, or similar experimental environments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and engine behavior.
  • Ability to work with instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and control equipment.
  • Technical curiosity is paired with analytical thinking for interpreting complex test data.
  • You may come with a highly relevant PhD alone or with a strong professional track record.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations for test environments is a plus.
