Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and control projects interfacing with the Integrated Project Team;
  • Execute and delivery allocated projects maximizing performance against time, cost and quality criteria;
  • Coordinate cross-functional project team and stakeholders to meet program goals;
  • Create a project plan detailing key activities, milestones and deliverables;
  • Build a strong customer relationship acting as the primary point of contact for customer communication and liaison;
  • Understand financial implication of the project, being accountable for the financial control and status of allocated projects, providing status reports and forecasts;
  • Provide project performance reporting information in support of the Project Review Cycle;
  • Ensure project resource and capability requirements are defined and deployed;
  • Manage risks, issues and opportunities working with the appropriate stakeholders to assess and build risk mitigation measures into the project.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in Aerospace & Defense contexts;
  • Project Management qualification e.g. PMI Project Management Professional [PMP®] or equivalent is a plus;
  • Fluency in English.

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics.
