Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead a team of experts developing electronics for wearable sensors and physiological parameters used across multiple product lines. Your team will play a key role in both product programs and technology development projects. Responsibilities
- Attract and mentor a team of talented electronics engineers, supporting their personal and professional growth;
- Drive excellence through process optimization, standardization, adoption of AI, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Foster a culture of collaboration, shared goals, ownership, and on-time delivery;
- Align team contributions with program objectives and organizational priorities;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical roadmaps aligned with customer needs.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or a related engineering field (Master’s preferred);
- Strong foundation in electronics engineering, including circuit design, PCB layout, testing, and prototype procurement;
- Proven experience leading engineers in developing high-quality products, preferably in the medical industry;
- Curiosity and interest in applying AI to enhance hardware development processes;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills;
- Ability to inspire, set clear expectations, coach, and foster a positive and inclusive culture;
- Solution-oriented and curious mindset with passion for continuous learning;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and EU work permit.
Desirable skills
- Experience in basic physiological measurements, including pulse oximetry (SpO₂), heart rate (HR), and electrocardiogram (ECG);
- Experience working under a Quality Management System (QMS), preferably in medical or automotive industries;
- Project leadership experience with a proven track record of successful product releases;
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, post-launch monitoring, and design changes;
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
