What You ‘ll Be Doing:

Design, develop, implement and support projects and processes, according to the requirements of the company’s production operations and the products’ technical data package;
Produce cost estimates;
Prepare technical studies, reports and substantiated proposals;
Investigate, evaluate and select required tools and equipment;
Support of subcontractors;
Technology Transfer and related training to manufacturing operators;
New Product Introduction (NPI);
Industrialization of Products (Productivity-Quality);
Manufacturing areas Layout Studies.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree (AEI);
More than 5 years relevant experience within an industrial environment;
Excellent knowledge and use of the English language, both orally and verbally, with the ability to understand complex technical documents;
Comfortable to facilitate effective communication across various levels (customers, operational unit, production areas, products development etc.);
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD;
Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications;
Ability to understand & interpret Electro-Mechanical Drawings requirements;
Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable);
Car driving license;
Ability to obtain security clearance from relevant authorities.

Desired:

A post-graduate degree within the scope of the role will be an asset;
Previous experience in the defense sector will be considered as an additional qualification;
Previous practical experience of an ERP, ideally SAP system is desirable.
