Your Challenges:

• Managing of a dedicated Team - Mechanical Engineers, Technicians and Trainees;
• Building team strategy and development team members;
• Enforce standards for methodologies and product solutions;
• Allocate his team staff in the projects activities;
• Propose trainings and career evolutions with the support of his management;
• Contact with customers and suppliers in terms of specific projects items;
• Responsible for Design Reviews - support of design calculations, simulations;
• Plan team resources for the design activities of the project and manage CAD activities in accordance with this defined budget;
• Makes technical decisions for project design.

The ideal candidate will have:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Min. 5 years of experience in Mechanical design;
• Very good knowledge and experience of PLM and CATIA V5;
• Experience in Automotive industry;
• Ambitious, adaptable and positive personality with leadership skills;
• Ability to perform autonomously in multi-aspects missions;
• Fluent English;
• Problem solving and organizational skills.
