What will you do?

• You will work on product modularity and standardization across engineering designs.
• Manage and maintain product codes, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and related documentation.
• You will control and optimize product costs, supporting cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support and assist in the product strategy and in the development of customer-facing features
• Lead phase-in/phase-out activities for product codes and ensure smooth transitions.
• You will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• You will work with different teams as Product Management, Operations, and other departments to align engineering activities with business goals.
• Utilize CAD tools for design and documentation and SAP for product data management and process integration.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify and implement technical improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or product development environment within structured organizations.
• Experience in technical design and product management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and SAP.
• Previous experience in practical laboratory work, including testing and prototyping, is considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various technical challenges.
• You are fluent in English.
