What will you be doing as our new Electrical Engineer?

As a talented and driven Electrical Engineer within our diverse and inclusive Engineering team, you’ll provide Electrical Engineering technical input to projects in Anglian Water region.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems;
• Design and specify LV assemblies (MCC, LV Switchboards and Control Panels);
• Review LV electrical designs produced by framework contractors (i.e. electrical schematics, cable calculations and termination diagrams);
• Specify and select required instrumentation based on the process design.

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours….

You'll have extensive experience in a project engineering environment and will hold a degree (or similar qualification) in a relevant Engineering discipline. With a strong Electrical Engineering background ideally in the Water sector and a keenness to work in a multi disciplined engineering team to work together to solve complex problems. There will also be a requirement to be able to attend client and site meetings in Peterborough, UK.

• Educated to degree level in a Electrical Engineering related subject;
• Experience of electrical engineering, ideally in the Water or Wastewater sector;
• Member of a professional body;
• Advanced Level of English/ability to work in English;
• Willing to travel to UK on regular basis.
