Your Role

Lead internal and external audits for systems and processes, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA Customer Specific Requirements, and EOS
Manage IATF 16949 certification processes for the Technical Center
Drive maintenance and upgrades of global standards for Quality Systems Management and organizational structure for Technical Center in Krakow
Ensure audit readiness and execution to support flawless product launches
Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949
Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the QS&DA department
Mentor teams to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Define and monitor Quality System KPIs (audit closure rates, non-conformance trends, certification status)
