As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical design and development of electrical systems in photovoltaic and energy storage (PV & BESS) projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and the highest quality standards throughout all project stages — from design to delivery.

Your role will encompass:

Involvement in all development stages of PV and BESS projectsLiaising with the engineering team in contract finalization of the engineering/technical annexes;
Controlling scheme review as well as grids regulations review by liaising with local consultants for projects around the world aiming to derive the scope of supply and scope of works;
Defining the equipment specifications and schedules for commissioningIdentifying the sources of potential problems, proactively taking preventive measures to avoid any project risks as well as determining response actions to mitigate any negative impact;
Assisting with drafting the scope of work and estimating the respective project budgets for PV and BESS projects.

What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering;
4+ years of experience in an electrical design teamStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, PVSyst, and electrical designProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
Fluency in English is essential;
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
