Responsibilities

• Coordination and tracking of power electronics testing activities;
• Defining procedures for verification & validation testing according to relevant standards;
• Testing support through checking logs, preparing test setups, defining test profiles, analysing test results, writing and reviewing reports;
• Teardown and analysis of tested units with documentation of results;
• Support to assembly and testing teams during product field use;
• Power electronics systems and subsystems research and development;
• Support to ongoing product and process improvement;
• Continuous collaboration and coordination with Hardware, Software and System development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive or Systems Engineering;
• Technical knowledge and/or experience in Power Electronics design, packaging, technology, production and testing;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Power Electronics design, testing or similar field;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Experience with Matlab, Simulink, PLECS, Ansys Q3D, Maxwell, LTSpice, PCB Design Tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle);
• Experience with usage of data acquisition systems (ZES ZIMMER, AVL Puma, Dewesoft, HBM);
• Experience with MS Office tools;
• Good planning and organization skills;
• ICT literacy;
• The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
