Your Tasks

• Drive the development of cutting-edge implantable drug-eluting technologies that make a real difference in patients' lives;
• Lead the journey from early feasibility to market approval, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards;
• Strategically plan, execute and oversee product and process development activities in a collaborative, cross-functional environment;
• Take ownership of technical documentation, including test plans, reports, and briefing materials for both drug and device components;
• Represent the company during audits and at scientific forums, engaging confidently with regulatory authorities and industry experts.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Engineering or in a related field;
• Several years of professional experience in medical device or pharmaceutical development, ideally with a focus on drug/device combination products;
• Solid understanding of relevant technical and regulatory requirements;
• Strong interest in working within an interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers across different departments;
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus.
