Your responsibilities

In this HW Engineer position you will work in mechanics design area in close co-operation with product programs as well as with suppliers. Your main tasks include:
Perform mechanics design and structural FEA for telecommunications products to assure mechanical integrity and reliability.
Create simulation material models from test data.
Prepare and review reports related to structural simulation.
Develop new structural simulation methods and workflows.
Participate in feasibility studies.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
Contribute to technical documentation.

Your skills and experience

Must have:

BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering (or related field with structural mechanics focus).
Knowledge of FEA software (preferably Ansys) and FEA theory.
Experience of R&D tools (Creo, Windchill, Enovia, Ansys Mechanical, Ansys Discovery).
Entry level experience with static/dynamic, nonlinear, and thermomechanical FEA analysis
