Your role and key responsibilities

• Developing the best anode materials, such as graphite or silicon-based, for PowerCo's lithium-ion batteries;
• Close cooperation with suppliers of anode materials, implementation of development projects and partnerships;
• Carrying out the synthesis, analysis and evaluation of anode materials in test benches;
• Support for the implementation of new anode materials in PowerCo's cells from material selection to production;
• Scouting and analysis of technical trends, conducting literature and patent searches.

What you bring to the team

• Completed technical/university studies in chemistry, electrochemistry, materials science, physics, chemical engineering or comparable qualification;
• Professional experience in the development of anode materials;
• Expert knowledge in the development of anode materials for lithium-ion batteries;
• In-depth knowledge of battery cells and electromobility;
• Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all the willingness and desire to work together in an innovative and international environment;
• Strong ability to self-organize and good communication skills.

What makes you stand out
