Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Hardware Architect, you will be responsible for defining hardware architecture solutions and ensuring platform alignment across all products to maintain coherence in technical decisions. You will lead system-level design and optimization for power electronics and control applications, including the interface between firmware and hardware components.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Select and integrate microcontrollers/microprocessors and manage hardware component vendors;
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and drive cost-optimized, value-engineered hardware design;
• Create and maintain design documentation for hardware systems;
• Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to hardware design teams;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware-related issues;
• Stay informed on emerging technologies to support continuous innovation.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field;
• Solid experience in hardware architecture design, covering power, analog, and digital systems
